David Falk Looks to Sell Oceanfront South Carolina Home For $25 Million

David Falk, the legendary sports agent who helped turn Michael Jordan into a global icon, has listed his oceanfront Kiawah Island estate for $25 million.

Falk signed Jordan just before the Chicago Bulls selected him in the 1984 NBA Draft, later convincing Nike to build its marketing campaign around the rookie while coining the now-famous “Air Jordan” name that transformed the sneaker industry.

Completed in 2006, the maritime-inspired residence occupies two combined oceanfront lots and reportedly cost Falk about $16 million to custom-build.
