Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford is unloading a pair of neighboring properties in Hidden Hills, California—two homes he’s listing individually for $6.45 million and $6.9 million. Records show Stafford bought the side-by-side residences from rapper Drake in 2022 for a combined $11 million. (Drake also owned the adjacent “YOLO Estate,” creating a three-home compound, as previously reported by The Wall Street Journal.) A representative for Stafford did not comment.
Set on a cul-de-sac inside the gated community bordering Calabasas, the ranch-style homes span a combined 3.6 acres and are represented by Michelle Graci of The Beverly Hills Estates. Stafford and his wife, Kelly, briefly attempted a joint sale last fall at $12.5 million.
In a twist, the pricier listing is the smaller residence at roughly 2,500 square feet. The larger home measures about 3,600 square feet. Together, the properties offer seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
Amenities are split between the two: the larger house includes an 800-square-foot guest house and a heated pool, while the smaller one features a private horse trail. Community perks for both addresses include access to a pool, tennis courts, and a theater.
Stafford isn’t leaving the neighborhood—he still owns two more nearby properties: a $10.5 million home with a vineyard purchased in 2022 and a $28 million mansion acquired at the end of 2023, which set a local sales record. The quarterback and the Rams recently agreed to a contract adjustment that will pay him $84 million over the next two seasons.
