Packers Star Josh Jacobs Sells Las Vegas Home For $4.7 Million

Josh Jacobs, now a member of the Green Bay Packers, has sold his custom-built Las Vegas estate for $4.7 million, which served as his home base while he played for the Raiders.

Jacobs purchased the nearly one-acre parcel in the summer of 2021 for just $750,000 and went on to build what he described as his “ultimate dream home,” completing the single-level stucco-and-stone estate in 2023.

Property Highlights

Price: $4.7 million
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Size: 5,534 square feet
Bedrooms: 3
Bathrooms: 4
Notable Features: Guard-gated Augusta Canyon location, single-story layout, automated pocket glass doors, resort-style pool and spa, six-car garage, temperature-controlled wine wall, sports court

Why Did Jacobs Sell?

Josh Jacobs may have envisioned this Las Vegas estate as his long-term dream home, but timing and career moves ultimately reshaped that plan.

After entering free agency in March 2024, the star running back went on to sign a four-year, $48 million deal with the Green Bay Packers, prompting a relocation that made keeping the custom-built property unnecessary.

Still, the home itself remains a standout. Newly completed, thoughtfully designed, and set in a prime Las Vegas location, it reflects the level of detail and quality Jacobs poured into it during his time with the Raiders.

For its buyer, it offers the rare chance to step into a nearly brand-new, athlete-built home that combines privacy, modern luxury, and proximity to the Strip.
