NFL quarterback Russell Wilson and Grammy-winning artist Ciara have listed their Rancho Santa Fe estate for $54.9 million, a price that could set a new record for the region.
The couple purchased the nearly 9-acre compound in the gated Del Rayo Estates for $14.5 million in 2021 and has since transformed it into a private retreat tailored to their lifestyle.
Wilson even converted the former equestrian arena into a full football field, where teammates have trained with him during the off-season.
Why is The Couple Selling?
One of Southern California’s most impressive private estates, Amor Estate blends celebrity-scale amenities with rare privacy inside Rancho Santa Fe’s prestigious Del Rayo Estates.
With nearly 30,000 square feet of living space, a long list of custom lifestyle features, and grounds designed for both performance and leisure, the property stands as one of the market’s most extraordinary offerings, and one of the region’s true trophy listings.
However, the couple relocated to the east coast last year, when Wilson signed a one-year contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Now that he’s extended his families east coast stay by signing with the New York Giants this year, the couple decided to list this property as they move their focus to the other side of the country.
